Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Darlo's higher-education course development and accreditation guidance services.

What does Darlo do?

We build higher-education courses, design curriculum, and provide accreditation guidance for business and education providers. We also deliver online instruction, run workshops and seminars, mentor faculty, and publish educational materials.

Who is Darlo for?

Business and education providers in the United States — institutions, training organizations, accrediting bodies, and operators delivering higher-education instruction. We currently do not work with non-US clients.

How much does it cost?

Engagements are priced per scope. We don't list public prices because every course development project is different — discovery call → written proposal with scope and price → signed SOW. Most engagements fall in the range of US$10,000–$120,000 depending on length, depth, and accreditation requirements.

How does an engagement work?

Four steps: discovery call (free), written proposal, signed Statement of Work, delivery. Most projects have a defined milestone schedule with deliverables at each milestone.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancellation and refund terms are set in each signed Statement of Work. Most SOWs allow cancellation with prorated refund of unused fees, less work-product handover costs. Specifics vary by engagement.

How do I get help?

Email info@darlo.com at any stage of an engagement, or use the contact form on the home page. We reply within two working days.

Where is my data stored?

In Darlo's own infrastructure in Estonia. We don't use third-party CRMs or marketing tools. See the privacy policy for details.
